Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions of sale govern online purchases made on the website Pianderna.shop, owned by Taglini & Fiorini Food SRL, with registered office at Via Roma 12, 41121 - Modena (MO)., registered with the Companies Register of Modena, VAT No. 04141500365.
Submitting an order implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products and availability

The products offered are typical of the Emilia region and come from selected producers.
Descriptions and images are accurate; however, since many items are artisanal and seasonal, they may show slight variations in shape, weight or packaging.
In the event of out-of-stock or unavailability, Taglini & Fiorini Food SRL will promptly inform the customer by email, offering:

  • replacement with a similar product,

  • a store credit, or

  • an immediate refund.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.
Prices may be subject to change; however, the prices applied at the time of purchase confirmation shall remain valid.

4. Purchase procedure and order confirmation

The order is confirmed upon completion of the checkout process and payment.
The customer will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • summary of the purchased products,

  • total amount,

  • shipping address and

  • selected payment method.

In the event of errors or discrepancies, the customer must promptly contact customer support.

5. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, others..)
    Secure transaction via SSL-encrypted gateway.
    No payment data is stored on our servers.

  • PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
    Immediate, secure and traceable payment methods.

  • Advance bank transfer
    In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed and shipped only after the actual credit of the amount to the account of [Company Name].
    It is recommended to send a copy of the payment receipt by email to speed up verification.
    Bank details will be provided in the order confirmation email.

⚠️ The order will remain valid for 5 working days; if payment is not received within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Invoicing

If you require an invoice, this must be specified at the time of order, by correctly filling in the fields relating to company name, VAT number and SDI/PEC code.
Invoices are issued electronically and sent via the Italian Exchange System (SdI).

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery methods and shipping costs are described in the dedicated section [link to the “Shipping and Returns” page].
Shipping normally takes place within 24/48 working hours from payment.
During holiday periods or in the case of seasonal products, delivery times may be subject to slight variations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.
Any costs resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts shall be borne by the customer.

8. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the products, without the need to provide reasons.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food products or products made to order, nor to opened or damaged packages.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  1. Write to info@pianderna.shop indicating the order number and reason.

  2. Wait for return instructions.

  3. Ship the intact and unopened products within 14 days.

The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Damaged or non-compliant products

If, at the time of delivery, the package appears damaged or tampered with, the customer must accept with reservation and contact Taglini & Fiorini Food SRL within 48 hours, attaching photos of the packaging and products.
After verification, a refund or replacement may be issued.

10. Liability

Taglini & Fiorini Food SRL shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions attributable to force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, logistical blockages, etc.) or courier errors.
The company nevertheless guarantees continuous assistance and maximum availability in handling any issues.

11. Applicable law and competent court

The sales contract is governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the Court of Modena shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided for consumer protection.
