We ship throughout Italy and to major European countries, using secure packaging and thermo-insulating materials to preserve the quality and freshness of Emilia’s typical products.

Delivery times:
2–4 business days within Italy, 4–7 days for international shipments.

We work with reliable partners such as GLS, DHL, and UPS to ensure speed and tracking.

Packaging:
Each order is carefully prepared and protected with eco-friendly, durable materials.
For fresh or aged products, we use refrigerated or vacuum-sealed systems to maintain their organoleptic characteristics.

• For lower amounts: €6.90 (Italy)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery in real time.

Product delivery

Orders are processed within 24/48 hours of payment, unless otherwise specified (e.g., pre-order or seasonal items).
If the courier is unable to deliver, a second attempt will be made, or you can collect the parcel at the nearest pickup point.

Returns & refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not match the order or arrives damaged, you may request a replacement or a refund.

Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel by email at [support email address], attaching a photo of the product and the packaging.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be returned, except in the case of evident defects.
