1. Safety first

The protection of your data and the security of your payments are our top priority.
All transactions carried out on our website take place over SSL-encrypted connections (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring maximum protection of sensitive information.

Under no circumstances does Taglini & Fiorini Food SRL store or have access to credit card data or payment codes.

2. Accepted payment methods

We accept several payment methods, all secure and verified:

You can pay with:

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

  • American Express

Transactions are processed through certified gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or other enabled systems), with encryption of sensitive data and anti-fraud protocols.
The amount is charged only at the time of order confirmation.

🪙 PayPal

You can use your PayPal account to pay quickly and securely, without having to share your card details with the website.
At the end of the payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

🏦 Advance bank transfer

Payment can also be made by bank transfer.
Bank details will be provided at the time of order and by email.

⚠️ The order will be processed only after payment has been received (usually within 1–2 working days).
To speed up the process, we recommend sending a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the following address: info@pianderna.shop.

📱 Apple Pay and Google Pay

For those who prefer to pay directly from a smartphone or tablet, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available—fast, secure, and fully integrated with major browsers and mobile devices.

3. Data security

  • All payments are processed on external platforms certified according to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

  • No sensitive data (card number, CVV, expiry date) is stored on our servers.

  • All payment forms use 256-bit encryption.

Our website is also constantly monitored to prevent unauthorized access or phishing attempts.

4. Receipts and invoices

After each purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation email.
If you require an electronic invoice, you can request it during checkout by entering:

  • Company name

  • VAT number

  • SDI code or PEC

The invoice will be issued in electronic format via the Italian Exchange System (SdI) and also sent as a PDF copy by email.

5. Buyer protection

Each payment made on our website is covered by consumer protection systems.
In the event of an unrecognized payment or suspicious transaction, you can immediately contact:
